There’s a lot to figure out before a new baby comes home. At Pomona Pediatrics, we want choosing your pediatrician to be the easy part. Whether you already have questions or just want to get a feel for who we are, we welcome expecting families to come meet us before your due date.

We know that finding the right fit matters. That’s why expecting parents are welcome to schedule individual meet and greets with as many of our pediatricians as they’d like, in person at our office or virtually, whichever works better for you.
Each appointment is scheduled separately so you get focused, unhurried time with each doctor. Just call our office and a member of our team can get you on the calendar.
When you’re admitted for delivery, let the hospital staff know your pediatrician is with Pomona Pediatrics.
What Is a Pediatrician?
A pediatrician is a physician who specializes in the health of children from birth through age 18. That includes treating illness, yes — but also tracking growth and development, staying ahead of behavioral and learning concerns, keeping your child current on immunizations, and being the steady resource your family turns to at every stage. Our goal is to raise healthy, thriving kids, and to support the parents raising them.

Our physicians have privileges at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and Rady Children’s Hospital in Orange.
After You’re Home
Once you’re discharged, call our office to get your newborn visit on the books. Bring your completed new patient forms, insurance card, and any paperwork from the hospital, including your baby’s weight, length, APGAR scores, and newborn screenings.
