We love Dr. Yu! I first found pomona pediatrics 2 years ago after not being able to schedule an appointment with my oldest’s primary care. Dr. Yu is incredibly thorough in both taking her time to hear parents concerns and explaining which approach would be best and why. We picked Dr. Yu for our most recent addition to the family as well because of her good bedside manner and how good she is with the babies/kids. She even took the time to explain at our newborn check that our toddler was having a normal emotional reaction and that developmentally that’s where all toddlers are at in that stage. Took away a lot of mom guilt. She is incredibly understanding and patient. We are so grateful we found her as our primary care! The rest of the office staff is equally helpful, kind and caring. Thank you for all you do!

Dr.Yu is not my child’s primary care provider but I would definitely recommend her! She was able to see my child for a last minute visit. She listened to my overthinking thoughts and concerns and did a great job at educating myself on how to care and prevent in the future.

I’ve been going to this practice for 25 years and I love it! My oldest is 25 and my youngest is 2. They will always fit you in same day if you need to see the doctor. Also, there is always an after hours doctor on call to speak with if your child has an issue that can’t wait until the office opens. The nurses are friendly, kind, and patient! I would highly recommend these pediatricians to anyone who is looking for a doctor for their precious babies👶

All of my kids have been with Dr Warren from the very beginning. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Warren and his wonderful bedside manner. The ladies in the office can get a little attitude, but only the older ones. Other than that make sure you are on time for your visits and everything should be good.

My oldest has been coming here sinve he has been an infant. Dr. Warren has always been amazing. Patient (I am a crazy mom who panicks for everything), understanding, and listens to your concerns. I never feel overwhelmed or rushed as I have with my own Dr. My youngest has been with Dr. Warren as well since infancy (13 and 5 years old). I know they are in good hands with him.

Dr. Warren has been the pediatrician for our 3 children since our son was born 11 years ago, and he is fantastic. The other doctors have been great as well, in situations where we needed to see a doctor right away and Dr. Warren wasn’t available.
I highly recommend Pomona Pediatrics. My friends have been speaking highly of it ever since I graduated from college in 1991. The offices are clean and we’ll taken care of. I appreciate that they have a well-child area, as well.

We have been clients at Pomona Pediatrics since our baby was 2 weeks old. He is now 16 months old, and we have visited the facility to see our son’s doctor, Dr. Toya Tillis, many times over for immunizations, routine care, and occasional illnesses.
Here’s what we love about Pomona Pediatrics:
Care. The care we received is VERY thorough. Dr. Tillis was our primary care physician, and she always took a great deal of time to examine and care for our child as well as inform us about preventive care. She is kind and caring, and our son always felt comfortable with her. He always had hugs for her!
The nurses are also kind and very good at what they do. During times when our doctor wasn’t available, the other doctors were also very thorough.
Once, we had to bring our son in for 3 days in a row to follow up on a stubborn ear infection, and Dr. Tillis knew she would be out one of the days when we would be returning. So she had one of the other doctors on staff come in and look at our son’s ear just so that she would be able to assess whether it was getting better or worse the next day. This is an example of the kind of medical care that has become quite rare. We appreciated our doctor’s attention to detail!
We had to leave Pomona Pediatrics because we relocated to another area of the country. We saw Dr. Tillis for immunizations one last time a few days before we left. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from her the day we moved out of our home — she just called to check up on the baby and to wish us well on our journey. We had a great time chatting and saying goodbye. :)
During our time under Dr. Tillis’s care, we never felt rushed, and all of the millions of questions we had as first-time parents were taken seriously.
Customer service. It was always very easy to get appointments, even same-day. We also loved that there was a doctor on call who was always there to answer questions.
Cleanliness. The facility is clean and calming. We appreciated that there was an area designated for well children as well as a separate area for newborns. Our son loves the fish tank!
Convenience. The pharmacy is right downstairs is very fast.
As a family, we give our highest recommendation for Pomona Pediatrics. If you’re looking for a facility that takes pediatric care seriously and treats children with respect and patience, this is it!
